All proceeds raised through our CARING. Close to Home Gala, including the sale of Celebration Packages, our Online Auction, Fund Me, and our "Love Your Home" Raffle will support the renovations required in our Diagnostic Imaging Department to accommodate two new digital x-rays, a project totalling $300,000.

 

Online Auction

If you’ve attended one of our past Galas, you know that one of the highlights of the evening and a key fundraising activity is the Silent Auction. Realizing the economic hardships the pandemic has caused for many local businesses, we did not want to organize a silent auction to the extent we have in the past. We are grateful and excited to share, however, that several businesses stepped forward to offer their support and our online auction is officially open! Place your bid between now and December 3 at 2:00p.m.

Fund Me

If you’re interested in making a pledge towards Fund Me, you can use the insert found in your Celebration Package, or can do so by clicking here and selecting “Gala Fund Me” as your donation Designation.

The Fund Me portion of our annual event is always an exciting and heartwarming time during the Gala, with generous supporters flooding the floor to live pledge donations in support of this auction, and we’re hoping for just as much of a show of support virtually! Our Fund Me goal this year is to raise $100,000 and we are well on our way to meeting this goal thanks to early support shown from Fund Me 2020 participants.

If you’re a 2020 Fund Me contributor, please send a picture of yourself to njacobs@nhh.ca so we can include it in our Facebook album after the Gala.
