Tickets on sale now for Wine & Ale in the Park

NORTHUMBERLAND COUNTY – You are invited to join us for our annual Wine & Ale in the Park event on Thursday, June 28th from 6:00pm – 9:00pm in Victoria Park, Cobourg, hosted by Northumberland Hills Hospital Foundation (NHHF).

This year’s event will take us Down Under with tastes from Australia and New Zealand.

Wine & Ale in the Park is a wonderful event for community members to come together and enjoy the atmosphere, delightful foods, explore new wines, and local ales.

The Pairing Stations are tastefully and carefully put together for maximum appeal and are locally catered.  Confirmed attendees to date include The Mill, Vintage Pizza Pie Co., William Street Brewery and Brock Street Brewery, to name a few.

We are proud to welcome back Tony Pulla, Remax Broker as our Presenting Sponsor.

“Tony is such an inspiration to our community.  His support of not only the NHH Foundation, but all across Northumberland is simply amazing,” says Wendy Ito, Wine & Ale in the Park Committee Co-Chair.

Tickets are $60 and include two beverage vouchers and samplings of delectable foods. Tickets can be purchased online at www.nhhfoundation.ca, under Events. Additional beverage vouchers will be available for purchase on the evening of the event for $5 each. Your email confirmation will act as your ticket.

“The Lions Club of Cobourg continues to allow us to host this wonderful evening in order to raise funds for our local hospital by providing us an opportunity to utilize their tent at the waterfront,” says Sandra MacCoubrey, Wine & Ale in the Park Committee Co-Chair. “This event would not be possible without their support.”

Tickets are on sale now and it is expected to be a sell-out so guests are encouraged to get their tickets early. All proceeds raised will be used to fund the purchase of life-saving medical equipment for Northumberland Hills Hospital.
