Wine & Ale in the Park Returns with Tickets on Sale May 14, 2025

For Immediate Release

May 6, 2025

NORTHUMBERLAND COUNTY – Northumberland Hills Hospital (NHH) Foundation is planning the return of Wine & Ale in the Park for June 26, 2025 from 6:00p.m. until 9:00p.m under the Lions Club of Cobourg's tent in Victoria Park. The community is invited to purchase tickets beginning at 10:00a.m. on May 14, 2025 to kick off the summer season at this annual fundraiser in support of NHH.

Proudly presented for the tenth year by local realtor, Tony Pulla, Wine & Ale will feature pairing stations offering local cuisines and a variety of wines and ales from Northumberland area vendors.

“This is a special and somewhat bittersweet year for us as Tony has let us know it will be his final year as presenting sponsor,” shares Rhonda Cunningham, NHH Foundation CEO. “We have been so fortunate to be one of the many organizations to benefit from Tony’s dedication to our hospital and to bettering our community. With his support and that of our generous community, we have raised over $219,000 since inception of this event and we hope 2025 will be a banner year for Wine & Ale to honour this decade long commitment.”

Confirmed food vendors include: The Mill Restaurant & Pub, Toller Pizza, Everyday Chef's Best, Tastebuds Grazing Co., Prep Food Co., and Dalewood Golf Club. Drink pairings to accompany food offerings will include selections from confirmed drink vendors: Ganaraska Brewing Company, Northumberland Hills Brewery, Cold Springs Brewery, Red Fox Crafters, and more. Returning this year, a Mocktail option will be provided by George & Orange for those who prefer a beverage without alcohol.

“This is always a fun event that brings our community together for a relaxed and enjoyable evening in support of our local hospital,” shares presenting sponsor, Tony Pulla. “It’s one I have been proud to support for 10 years, and I look forward to seeing friends and community members gather for a great cause.”

Those interested in purchasing tickets to this fundraiser can do so beginning Thursday, May 14 at 10:00a.m. by visiting NHH Foundation’s website (www.nhhfoundation.ca). Tickets are $90 and will include two beverage vouchers and samplings of delicious foods. Additional beverage vouchers will be available for purchase on the evening of the event for $5 each.
