NHH Foundation Gala Tickets on Sale September 16 to
Help Modernize Breast Health Care
NORTHUMBERLAND COUNTY – Proceeds form Northumberland Hills Hospital (NHH) Foundation’s 2026 Singin’ in the Rain: Hollywood Style gala will raise funds for four key investments at NHH to help modernize breast health care for local patients. Tickets for the Nov. 7 event will be available online at www.NHHGala.ca as of 12:30 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 16.
Earlier this year, organizers announced Singin’ in the Rain: Hollywood Style will take place at LiUNA Local 183 Lifelong Learning Centre in Cobourg and will build on the success of the ‘elevated cocktail’ format introduced in 2025.
“Our dedicated cabinet of volunteers are working to plan an elegant evening for guests, embracing the glamour and excitement of Old Hollywood,” shares Foundation CEO, Rhonda Cunningham. “While the theme may be timeless, behind it is a very modern vision: bringing the latest equipment and innovations in breast health care to our community.”
Tickets are priced at $250 per person and will be available online at www.NHHGala.ca beginning at 12:30p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 16. Investments to be made to help modernize NHH’s breast health program include:
· A new 3D mammography unit
· An ultrasound machine
· A bone mineral density scanner
· Wire-free breast tissue localization technology
“Together with returning and new gala guests, we will celebrate the elegance of the past while investing in advanced technology for the future,” continues Cunningham. “These investments will support earlier diagnosis, improved patient comfort, and better outcomes for patients and families facing breast cancer in our community.”
Tickets to attend Singin’ in the Rain: Hollywood Style will go on sale Wednesday, Sept. 16 at www.NHHGala.ca.
